The ideas that return most often

Some themes come back in almost everything I write, study, or try to build.

Economics and incentives

How people move when rules change, and why structures matter more than slogans.

Applied AI

Artificial intelligence as an operational tool, not as a fashion or an aesthetic identity.

Startup and projects

Gradual building, small tests, validation, and real priorities.

I do not think of ideas as opinions to display.

They interest me when they become at least one of these three things:

  • a hypothesis to test
  • a problem to understand better
  • a working direction to develop

How I use this section

Here I collect the recurring themes that shape the site. It is not a closed list of labels, but a useful map for understanding where the articles and projects I publish come from.

What you will not find

I am not interested in publishing vague reflections just to fill space.

If an idea appears here, it is because it has already started to connect to readings, observations, experiments, or concrete work.
